This multipurpose tote bag was designed as an alternative to the classic drawstring bag that can be difficult to reach into. Julie wanted something you could open up, get to the bottom of, hang on the arm of a chair and knit out of, plus use for other purposes, such as transporting market produce, loaves of bread or a lunch!  She began folding paper, origami-style, and came up with a simple, square-bottomed, tote structure. The bag is made of rustic durable linen and leather handles (sold separately) are removable so the bag can be washed.
