Shipping  

Most orders ship within two to three business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Holidays may delay your shipment.

Canada

We offer a flat shipping rate of $20 for all orders up to $200 and free shipping for orders over $200 before taxes. Shipping is by Canada Post Expedited with tracking and $100 insurance.

U.S.A.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $25 CAD for shipments to the United States and free shipping for orders over $200 CAD before taxes. Shipping is by Canada Post/USPS with tracking and $100 insurance.

Returns

We want you to be happy with anything you receive from Three Bags Full. You may return any regular-priced purchase, in original condition and accompanied by receipt, for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Please note: Wound yarn, sale items, items without original packaging or not in original condition cannot be returned. Postage is the customer’s responsibility. Once we have received your item(s) and determined eligibility for return, you will receive a refund to the credit card on which you made your original purchase. We are happy to accept returns of defective or damaged goods for a full refund including shipping charges.
